2、Emulsifying stabilizer

Phospholipids have hydrophilic and lipophilic 2 groups in the molecule, so it is a very good fat emulsifier. Phospholipids can inhibit the loss of fat in the bait, increase the animal's absorption of fat, promote growth and improve the bait conversion rate. For young shrimp, can make up for the lack of bile caused by the reduction of fat digestion, prevent high mortality of young shrimp, improve the survival rate.

phospholipids not only emulsify the fat in the water and insoluble in water components also have a role. Phospholipids suspended in the emulsion of insoluble components to prevent the role of settling. Normally pelleted feed swells in water and tends to disperse and settle to the bottom, resulting in wasted feed and contaminated water. 4, lubrication

Phospholipids have good lubrication, which can reduce the loss of feed in the extrusion molding, reduce the wear and tear of feed on the equipment, and improve the pelleting yield and pellet quality. At the same time also reduces the consumption of energy in the pelleting process, and can make the product temperature rise to a minimum, so that this pellet can be quickly cooled down, the risk of mold is also reduced because of it, which is particularly important for bagged products.

5, liposome embedding agent

The use of phospholipid bilayer membrane properties, can be made to embed a variety of water-soluble and fat-soluble substances of liposomes. Therefore, the current processors use this feature of phospholipids, the feed buried made of particulate feed, specifically for feeding the open feeding period of fish fry, crustaceans and shellfish larvae. After the liposome embedded feed particles can be suspended in the water and maintain its stability, and it is easy for fish and shrimp and other larvae to swallow, and the nutrients in the feed are easy to be digested and absorbed.
